advice about leaving tenancy early

hi all, i'm looking for some advice about ending my tenancy contract early before i contact my estate agent.

my current situation is that i am returning to my home country next month (may) with my husband (who is british). our current contract is a year long contract from July 2022-2023. (i think it's called fixed term)

i'm having to return due to a family illness, otherwise i would've stayed until the end of my current contract. my husband has also found a job in my home country which will start in June.

is there any way to end my contract in this situation?
