One lug nut longer than the others?

Not an expert on car in general, so would appreciate some advice!

Just had my 86 in for new tyres for the first time. The guy who sorted me out showed me that both front wheels have one nut that is longer than the rest. Both rear wheels don't have this issue

Is this normal? Curious if this could be an issue in the future. The other 4 nuts on both side are all good.
