Are All the Fish Based On Real Fish?

I'm just curious since I recently started fishing more in Sea of Thieves are all the Fish based on actual fish in real life or only a handful?

Stormfish > Swordfish or Marlin Isle Hopper > Puffer Fish Wreckers > Angler Fish

But what about the others?
