How do I make only 70% of my full GPU processing power available to NiceHash, while at the same time not undervolting my entire card (I'd like to use the other 30% for video rendering)

(nicehash quickminer 3060 ti updated drivers) I'm thinking of like the equivalent of a "light gaming mode" or whatever that would be defined as. Can anybody let me know if this capability exists?
