PC issues

Anyone having issues since the new update? I cannot get past the optimization screen and I can't even run benchmark. I have tried everything on their known issues support page (recommended fixes) and nothing is working. Windows is updated, GFX card driver updated, no overlays, MSI afterburner off, anti virus off, ran with all the services off, nothing is working. It was like when the game first came out and a bunch of people could not get past the infor screen when the game first start. Before the update, I ran the game on 1440p ultra, with over 100+ fps. Haven't been able to try out the new expansion.
