I want to sue doordash in Connecticut

Hello everyone if you have worked for door dash I’m sure you are no stranger to them stealing money(tips) from the drivers who rightfully deserve them. I’ve been having a week long back and forth trying to claim tips that were rightfully mine and the support has not been helpful at all just a bunch of “we’ll let the specialized team know and it’s been escalated” over a week later I can’t even get through to a on phone rep without waiting for 20+ min like they know it’s my number and won’t pick up because of the amount of times I’ve complained. Long story short is there any drivers in CT who have experienced similar situations with door dash and consider taking legal action with me, cause there’s definitely strength in numbers. And also any lawyer recommendations as well would be great
