Am I in the wrong?

[Advice Request]

This is my first time posting in this group. In my last interaction with my psychologist, he mentioned that my father and sister have narcissistic behaviour. And to try to read more about it to understand this more and come up with ways to better handle the situation. Honestly, before he said that I reached the same conclusion last year when I started reading about it (I felt I'm a narcissist too). I did mention this to him after he said that they were narcissist. He dismissed me being one but said for now read more and we'll talk about it in next session.

To give you a little background, my relationship with family has been pretty much non existent. We do talk every weekend but i don't share anything. I don't remember since when I have been doing this but i stopped sharing everything and anything about my life. There are days where I can't even have this pretend conversation on weekends and any attempt to tell them that i don't want to talk has an opposite reaction.

A part of me feels horrible for ignoring their call when they are being nice. The other part is just tired. I also feel that maybe I presented their attitude and behaviour horriblly to psychologist and that is the reason he thinks they are narc. Sometimes i feel I'm doing this to get attention or sympathy. Maybe I'm doing this because their are some other mental ailments. Honestly there is so much of mental doubt and i feel so scared and lonely. I have no idea whom to trust.

Someone yesterday posted about invisible child in cptsd group and that sent me reeling. Imagine being in your 30s and crying at 3am having no clue what for.

I'm tired. I'm really tired. In the midst of all this they won't give me space. I cannot go no contact but atleast this control to limit is also diminishing.

Please help me. Maybe nothing is wrong with my family and it's only me that has a different perspective.

P.S. sorry for the long post. English is not my first language. Sorry for the poor sentence framing.
