Ghost walks? Coming St. John end of May

Hi folks!

I'm coming back to NL at the end of May (staying in Quidi Vidi). I've been Googling about it, but I can't seem to find a concrete answer if there is a ghost walk in St. John's at this time?

If there's not, are there any good walking tours that are recommended?
