Riot Client won't update LoR

The client is stuck on downloading something at a very slow speed. Tried turning off computer, uninstalling LoR along with the Riot Client, nothing seems to fix this.

I also tried installing Valorant and that downloads fine, not stuck or anything.

Funny thing is: I was literally playing hours before, went to do something else, tried playing it again and it got stuck on downloading an update. Don't know what I did but it started downloading something but at a very slow speed (imgur link below). Any suggestions on a fix?
