I can't do this anymore

I can't sign into my WB Play account even though it finds it right away. It starts forever loading. I've tried everything: force quit, clear cache, clear data, uninstall, reinstall, restart phone, yet nothing works. I can't go through another tutorial just so it starts bugging out the moment I try to log into my account. I'm uninstalling & not looking back even though I invested a good amount into this game :/

P.S. I noticed sometimes after finishing the tutorial I was awarded with only a free silver kard & sometimes I was awarded a free gold kard + 5000 koins + 500 souls. Not sure if random or if I did something in particular during the intro tutorial, but was pretty interesting nonetheless.

Edit: I'm on a Galaxy Note 10 w current software version & English (United States) being the default language (I was looking through old forums trying to troubleshoot to no avail)
