Weird HID disconnection issue

Hi all, i have a strange issue with my setup.

I have an diy Apache cyclic, powered by an Arduino Pro Micro, this has X and Y axis mapped to the cyclic proper and Z to rudder. I did also have the collective tied into this but it was unreliable so i am now running that through my TEDAC (again, diy, powered by a leo bodnar and matrix).

However, when i operate the pedals (on the arduino), the leo bodnar disconnects.

I have tried isolating various things, removing the collective pot link from the tedac, swapping out wires, checking connections/continuity. I have removed excess USB devices.
