Ghosted by DraftKings in the middle of verification.

Signed up for DraftKings and had to send copies of my ID and proof of address in. I have been ghosted by them since and it’s been nearly 24 hours since I provided the documents.

Anyone with similar experiences? How long are people typically waiting for verification to be done?
