Do game loft have an email

I am so sure I've emailed them about an issue before but I can't find any email adress! I only find the chat, and I think the chat is useless, cause they never answer, and I would like to actually get an answer, even if it takes time.

So does anyone know if there is any way to contact them, other than the chat?
