Khajiit Speak dialogue persists after uninstall

i cant think of any way changes like this could persist after uninstalling the mod/ switching mo profiles and starting a new game

i already checked sseedit for dialog conflicts and cant find anything (used the conflict filter and checked for any conflicts with the dragonborn.esm)

can someone give me some troubleshooting pointers or has anyone experienced smth similar

I am beyond confused rn

(also sorry if there is info missing i am on mobile right now but can provide detailed information later)
