Do I have an issue with sensitivity

I am not sure if this is the best place to ask but I found out that I almost have no sensation when using a condom. Like I almost feel nothing. She finishes 2-3 times and I can't. I need to take the condom off and jerk off to finish. What could be the reason for this and can anything be done about it? Should I seek help and what kind of specialist should I consult?
