Ochiai awesome Juryo rank only on his 2nd tournament! Can you tell me how did he do it?

Hi Sumo guys! Just wanna know how did Ochiai achieved Juryo in just his 2nd tournament?

From what I know he is super popular in amateur highschool sumo?

Can anyone ducate me on this, like how strong can and should be you be in HS sumo to get this awesome pass. Ive finished Oni Sumo manga. it was cool and gave me bit of info for HS sumo.

IIRC, Mitakeumi and Asanoyama also only took less than 5-10 tournament to get to Juryo as well!
