Do I need to go back to confession?

I had my first confession in a long time, and almost immediately after said “oh my g-d” in a habitual expression of surprise. To make matters worse, I forgot to confess to taking G-d’s name in vain and didn’t remember until saying it in vain again. I feel sad and am worried I can’t recieve communion on Palm Sunday or Easter now.
