Did Picard knew something about Section 31 from Sarek's Mind Meld? (no Spoiler)

Many high Ranking Star Fleet doesn't know about Section 31 .

Picard is an Admiral , he probably heard some stories , but maybe he never had any personal experience with them in the past.

But Picard had once had a mind Meld with Sarek , it is possible he may have learn something from Sarek's memories . from the mind meld ,Picard knew how much Sarek had loved Spock.

At one time Sarek had turn Spock( he was sick at the time) over to Section 31 , because he assume the logic of Section 31 would want to find out about the "Red Angel" and assume they would not harm Spock. Sarek was wrong that time . That would be one of Sarek's great regret .

I would think Picard knew something about Section 31 from Sarek's memories , and also one other person Sarek had deep mind meld connection was Michael Burnham . Star Fleet had classified all of Michael Burnham's information.

Maybe Picard also know something about her as well , which open up to possibilities of a crossover of Picard and Discovery character.
