As king of France should I press my claim on empire of Bulgaria?

No Idea how I got a weak claim to the empire of Bulgaria but I have one that needs to be pressed to be inherited.

I think I can take them but should I? There is a nice hunk of land dividing us. I imagine all the vassals would hate me for religious and culture differences.
