So was Isaac autistic?

Abraham was 100 and Sarah was 90 when Isaac was born. I heard that the odds of having an autistic child go up pretty significantly as the parents get older (especially the mother). Seems weird to me that the three biggest religions in the world would be predicated on a Retard Birth. Someone please explain. Thank you.
