Favero tester repair request

Just got this comment on one of my videos: "I am from Nicaragua and our fencing federation 3 weapon tester is not turning on. Favero A2. Do you where in the USA I can send it to have it fixed? "

I know this one is beyond me. Anyone interested in looking it over?
