Effexor Withdrawal

Hey all!

I have been on Effexor for 7 months - from 75 mg to 150 mg to 225 mg back to 150 mg and then to 75 mg and then to 37.5 mg and now on my second day of Fluvoxamine 50 mg. Through many hours of therapy it has been determined that I have adhd and pure o not just anxiety/depression hence why effexor wasnt really effective. Anyways, last week I was on my last week of Effexor 37.5 mg, and I had the worst week. I have very little memory of the week, my anxiety was extreme, and my intrusive thoughts and obsessions were out of control. I was confused and could not think of words, things were jumbled, and I felt completely dissociated. Is this a normal withdrawal synptom of Effexor? I have been through many antidepressants in my life but this weaning off has been the hardest I have ever experienced.
