Cooling with Ryzen 7 5800x and RTX 3060 Ti

I bought a new system with a Ryzen 7 5800x and a RTX 3060 Ti, still didn't arrived but I only have the 3 frontal fans and the back fan, should I get water cooling or it will be fine the way it is?

PS: Still didn't get the 3060 Ti, it's either that or a 3060.
