Venue near Tampa

Hello, trying to figure out how to keep costs down low but have no idea how that’s even possible. I feel like we should keep the venue around 2000-3000 but it doesn’t seem like I can find anything like that in my area. We would love to have 80-100 people and don’t even know if it’s possible to have a wedding between 10-15k with that amount of people. Has anyone gotten married near Tampa or somewhere close in that area. Also open to Jacksonville since my fiancé is from there as well. Any advice is appreciated since it’s so overwhelming 😭 maybe a realistic budget breakdown?
