Possibility of a rare shellbeat becoming available?

I have 4 more wublins to wake up that all need a shellbeat, and I really want to wake them up but it’s so much easier when you have a rare 4-element. Giving there’s an event on water island right now, so you think there’s a good chance of it becoming available soon?
