anxious and stressed about having a seizure

Hey everyone. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress at night because i’m afraid i’ll have a seizure. My seizures happen when i am falling asleep, which is why i get so much anxiety at night. Im scared that these feelings of stress are only going to make things worse and cause a seizure because of it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this anxiety? Do you take anything to calm you down? It’s hard for me not to constantly think about and idk how to deal with it :/.
