Anyone experience changes after a Bisalp? (Tub removal)

Pretty much the title. Got my tubes out recently and I felt vindicated when my dr noted that one of my tubes had pco’s, but now I’m wondering if anything will change? (Or am I still stuck running repeatedly in the brick wall of my hormones and weight? 🥲) TIA!
