Replacing vinyl flooring?

My fiancée and I found a house that is nearly perfect except for the fact that we hate the floors. However, the floors are still brand new. We are wondering if it is possible to remove these floors without damaging them, so that we could sell them and then install the floors we like. They are vinyl floors.

Also, I understand we would need to remove the baseboard trim and door trim to put in new floors - is it possible to do so without damaging the trim so that we can just put it back after? Or would we need to buy all new trim as well?
