Best 32 inch 4k monitor for macbook pro U3223QE vs P3223QE vs 32UN880U

Planning to buy a 32 inch 4k monitor with type c ( with power delivery ) mostly for home office setup. I mostly do development work (using different IDE’s) on a macbook pro

Have shortlisted these 3 monitors and am confused between these.

Lg 32UN880U - seems good but a bit hesitant since i was using U2720Q before and i doubt if lg display would be as good as dell. Not sure though

Dell P3223QE - This seems like a good choice to me but have heard that mac is not supported on this. If anyone with this monitor can tell their experience it would be great

For some weird reason dell has said only their U series monitors support macos seems really weird and hard to be true though

Dell U3223QE - have heard really good things about this monitor but do not want to spend this much. Will be open to buying it though if this will be the best option.
