30M, Blood in Urine?

30M, 190lbs, 6' no medications.

This was a few years back but im reminded by it lately due to an ongoing case of prostatis. Something that is a bit new to me.

A few years back (2-3 years ago) when I was 30 I remember coming home from work and peeing. I saw very little blood in my urine.

I freaked out and the only thing that I could think if is that I was that I was riding the bike back from work. Something I was doing more often at this time with those NYC Citi Bike rentals. 10-15 min, often on terrible streets lol.

Its not common but can that be the cause? Like some trauma to my pelvic floor? Or perineum?

Never happened again. No blood. No semen.

And suddenly (likely due to a month of dehydration and stress) I induced a bit of a prostatis. Saw 2 urologists and a GP, got urine and blood work and STD work. And the only real physical test done was a prostate exam which idk really what came of it. I guess the first urologist said that it was some sort of inflammation or infection, and at the end he noted prostatis. Idk if he knows that to be true or just generic claim.

All okay.

Just wanted to ask doc what their opinions are of this.
