Worthwhile to Email?

Has anyone ever gotten a meaningful, useful response from Telus when you send them an email? I've thought of sending them an email to ask about the extended lack of work that seemed to start almost immediately on 01/01/2023 but most of my emails to them receive a response that could have been created by an AI bot. I've been with them for 3 years and there has never been this kind of extended lack of tasks. Very perplexing! You would think they would send out a system-wide email offering some sort of explanation.
