Ryzen 5 5600x qhd question

Hello.

I have this cpu with fhd monitor, with medium settings on character model/limit and some off reflections etc I have like min 30 fps in any event with 50 man+. And in avg I have 120-144 fps. Locked fps to 144 because in some places it more then 200 fps.

But what if I will get qhd monitor. It will drop to 10-15 fps in events and will be stuttering/tearing?

Anyone have 5600x with 1440p monitor and be kind to tell me what is your fps in events, Lion Arch, Mistlock?
