Money left over after insurance payout, how to proceed?

Hi all, last month I was involved in a car accident (not found at fault). The other driver’s insurance sent an adjuster out and cut me an initial check to get my vehicle repaired. During the process of the repair, 2 more checks were cut to the body shop from insurance for miscellaneous parts and such. After all is said and done, I have been left with ~5k. My question is: am I legally entitled to keep this money, or does insurance have the right to come back for it?
