Looking for a specific herbal encyclopedia

I know there are lots of posts asking for book recommendations, and I’ve seen a lot of those but most of the books suggested focus on a specific region. I’m interested in a good tome of information on medicinal plants around the world that includes detailed folklore, medicinal, and spiritual uses. I don’t have a ton of money so I don’t want to buy 10+ books until I can afford it! Thanks.
