Promotion While Waiting For ITA - EE CEC

Hi all,

My husband and I are in the pool for EE - Canadian Experience Class. He has been employed with the same company for the past year and a half and his title was Financial Analyst and so his NOC is accordingly. He recently got promoted to be Director of Development. Should we change the current title and NOC, or should we "end" his previous position and add another one at the same company but with the different title and the effective date?
