Need a little money to get my phone service working again

I deliver for DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEATS and Instacart for a living; recently I had to do some unexpected repairs on my car, and it left me unable to pay my phone bill on time. Now my service has been interrupted (today) and I need to pay my past-due balance of $103.27 to reactivate it. To make matters worse, my next bill is due today, so if I don’t get my current past-due balance paid today it’ll balloon to $206-ish plus a $20 reconnecting fee.

I have about $62 on hand; could I ask for about $45 in assistance? I can take payments through PayPal or Cashapp (the extra couple dollars would allow me to pay small fees to transfer the money instantly to make the payment today). Your help would be greatly appreciated!
