Current question, for splitters for 13 Lightwings fans

Troubleshooting

Hello, thanks in advance - trying to connect all my 13 ARGB fans to my motherboard and want to make sure I don't exceed the maximum current on the sys_fan headers since I need splitters. I have never used this many fans before. Nor any splitters. 2nd time building my own PC. I want a lot of fans due to aesthetics as well as cooling my GPU 4090/CPU 13900k. No liquid cooling, all Lightwings fans except a Noctua heatsink.

I have a Z790 Aorus Elite AX MOBO with sys_fan1, sys_fan2, sys_fan3 headers on the motherboard. There is a fourth header that says sys_fan4_pump. For sys_fan1-3, (and sys_fan4_pump) manual says maximum current is 2A, maximum power is 24W.

  1. Thoughts on the best way to do this?
  2. Based on the Lightwings currents below, looks like I can only connect 3 fans to a splitter for each sys_fan header? (I'm unclear on whether I use the fans' Safety current or the Rated Current LED.) That would only do 9 of my desired 13 fans.
  3. EnLabs PWMHUB10S 10 Ports 4-Pin PWM Fan Hub, SATA 15pin to 10 Fan Power Splitter Adapter Cable w/ Self-sticker for 3Pin / 4Pin fan. Can I power all the fans and this device with a SATA cable directly from the PSU, then use my two Lightwings ARGB hubs plugging into motherboard's D_LED1 and D_LED2? https://www.newegg.com/black-en-lab-2ft-60cm-pwm-4pin-fan-hub-splitter/p/1W7-005X-00042?Description=pwm%204pin%20splitter&cm_re=pwm_4pin%20splitter-_-1W7-005X-00042-_-Product
  4. Could I theoretically use sys_fan4_pump header just like a sys_fan 1-3 header since I have no liquid cooling/pump?
