Bot IA difficulty

Hello there, I don't get how to change difficulty for IA in multiplayer match. I'm playing online with my girlfriend and IA is very bad. It seems to me that Rookie is the base difficulty but can be increased, is mandatory have thefull game, or I'm missing an option?
