Is The Medical Faculty In Oradea up to par?

Hi guys i got rejected by UMF iasi and timisoara last year because of low grades which is still an issue, i want to apply into oradea for the english program this year i am non eu because i hear its less stringent. Is this a good university you can recommend to study in? how does medicine in oradea compare to umf iasi and timisoara? How is the english program in particular?
