ToA dead clicks and ping spikes constantly

Anyone else experience infuriating levels of dead clicks and freezing and ping spikes when doing ToA? Over the past week or so it's every raid that I get ping spikes and dead clicks, and the level of disconnects I've gotten ONLY WHILE IN THE RAID is unbelievable. It wasn't a problem until recently, and I don't think it is my internet as nothing else like youtube or discord ever disconnects or lags, it happens in solo raids and group raids. It's always after doing 3 or 4 bosses, either on my last mini-boss which is Akkah or the wardens. I usually play on 357 but I also have tried other worlds with lower ping according to the ping graph plugin. It happened 3 times today alone so I end up wasting loads of supplies. I'm combat 100 with relatively low stats and it's not exactly easy for me to do higher invocation raids which makes it that much more frustrating for me. It's so fucking infuriating and I really don't think it's my connection. Even when I don't get visible ping spikes on the graph plugin, I get dead clicks all the time, and it's especially bad in the Kephri fight room. I don't get these problems anywhere else in this game.
