15:00 minute match making disable for cancelling a QUEUE?!?!

Had search queue in for <:20 seconds, realized i had to pee, and when i cancelled it warned me I may be prevented from match making for a short period of time. I have written this message, and urinated, and still have 11:00 before i can queue.

this seems bizarre as hell to punish just for cancelling the search, i wasn't even like a 1/10 players declined a match, thats understandable. (behavior score almost 9k btw, never abandoned a match on this account, once i declined a match and got a 2:00 queue disable, 15 min for exiting search queue is weird as hell)
