Saucony Endorphin Speed 3s and shin splints?
So I had tibialis shin splints earlier this year and switching from my neutral ASICS cumulus to the Saucony Guide 15 pretty much solved all my problems. I definitely overpronate a bit on one leg as well, which the guides help correct.
I’ve been trying to run in the speed 3s but feel like the foam is way too soft and find my right foot rolling in. I definitely do feel faster in it but this would be a problem on a longer run.
I have my first half marathon next month and was really hoping to run in the speed 3s. Is it just something I have to get used to in this shoe to get rid of these shin problems? Or should I just run in my guide 15s which are pretty much my daily trainers?
