Carrier path for my current warehouse IT job?

Hi, i have been working in this role for 8 months now, we are basically helpdesk level 1 for a warehouse, any issues they have we are on the site and fix the issues. We also use SQL developer to set up the rules that the WMS uses, jaspersoft ipeport to create any report thar the customer needs from the above mentioned WMS.

We do not have acces to create tables in the database, read only.We do arrange any equipment replacement. We are creating test scripts then test it for any change we are planning to implement, and send them for approval to Central IT.

What do you think my carrier path should look like? Or what skills would be beneficial for my next role?

This role is weird to me it looks like something inbetween like help desk and some kind of beginner engineer ish. Any help is appreciated.
