Mod issues

I've been using multiple Cyberpunk 2077 mods and they all work fine, except AlwaysFirst Equip. Any mod gurus give a choom some guidance on how to debug this issue?

FYI, I use Vortex and Nexusmods. It was working, I could see the settings in CP2077 menu. Assuming that it's conflicting with one I've installed since, how would I find out which one is causing the problem? This is the mod - https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2557
