Does Dan think he created Kyrie (and others?)

So I've been noticing the last year or two that Dan has been doing a lot less of the "hey athlete use your voice" soapboxing that he used to do, especially in the 2016 - 2019 years.

Do you think when he sees players like Kyrie being loud about things like the earth being flat, that he regrets championing that take so hard, for so long?

I don't necessarily think he has any responsibility of course, but I'm curious if we think he does based on him tempering that take
