5gallon terrarium ok to use?

Title says it. Bought a 5 gallon tank used from a local fish keeping Facebook group member. Didn't really look at it much when I purchased it but realized after I got home it was actually a terrarium. Removable sliding screen top, less silicone etc. It's been under a water test for a week now, no leaks. Would you use it? Would you reseal it? Should I just go find a proper one? Thanks!
