Edit: He also removed this file. "XDI.dll that allows player voice in scenes that use the XDI keyword. In other words, you need this if you want the Player Character to speak when playing with this mod. Let it overwrite the original file from Extended Dialogue Interface."

So Roleplayer's Expanded Dialogue recently removed all player voices from the mod due to permission issues. Version 2.5.1 has been stripped down, as you can see from the file sizes. 2.5 is the last version that is complete.
