Questions about researches

Hey! I have been lurking different researches for a while now. Because english is not my original language, I find it hard to find information about researches.

So NORT is going strong now. What else do we have to look forward to? Any new medications/treatments?

I know Susan Shore's device also, when is this going to be released? Is this different from the device that someone used and claimed it to cure also visual snow? And if so, what happened to that device? How about Lenire device, what's the difference?

Also I can't find information about deep brain stimulation, is there some research going on with that?

How about that tACS research, is that going? Did it get the funding eventually?

Only thing I was able to find was that rTMS is going to give it's results in couple of years and there is Neurofeedback etc studies going right now.

Okay maybe I'm just really bad at using internet but I would appreciate if someone would tell the dummy what is going on with the research and what kind of medicines etc might be helpful for us in the future. Especially if those medicines are for different disease originally, then my imagination just stops.
