DAE get 'twinches'?

So, I call them that because they are a mix of pinch, itch, and twitch and are painful/annoying, and I have them really badly today.

I get them in my legs mostly, sometimes in my butt or hips, and they are driving me crazy!!

Any clue on how to get rid of them as no pain meds seem to work (and I am off everything now apart from OTC)?
