[Help] Replaced iPhone 11 Pro Max Screen to no touch screen functionality

It's a brand new part from ifixit but- here's the kicker. It worked for about 60 seconds a few minutes ago and was perfectly intact. I've hard reset three or four times now to no avail nor positive impact on the issue. I cannot get in to the device to even do a backup so I can restore and try again. However, I was having an issue with the touch screen before I replaced the screen that's partially why I did as such. Is it possible it's internal hardware, something other than the screen? Did I do something wrong in my replacement?
